Awesome service awesome food. Every aspect from the drinks to the desert was fantastic... will come back again.

We took a party of 12 here to celebrate a graduation. We made reservations, showed up early, and they still were able to seat us right away.
Service was slow, it took our waitress awhile to get our drink order in. After that it was ok. Appetizers came out promptly and drinks were refilled as needed. When our food came out there were a few mistakes (which the waitress blamed on the food runners). The orders were quickly made right though and the food was decent.
The reason I am only giving a one star rating is because of the Assistant Manager Ramon.
While we were eating there, the restaurant began to get really hot. We were all sweating and the ice in our drinks melted quickly after they were replenished. We asked the waitress to turn up the air and to turn up the two fans in our room. She said she would. The fans never sped up and we never felt the air. The room got over 100degrees. (Just our room, the rest of the restaurant was fine. It was cooler outside too!)
As we were finishing our meal the assistant manager Ramon was called out. He was lighthearted and apologized. He offered dessert on the house, but we wanted to get out. We were overheated. He claimed that he had tried everything. He turned the air up, called his manager, etc. He claimed there was nothing more he could do. He had a restaurant to run.
In talking with Ramon I asked, "Isn't every customer equally important?" He said yes, then came up with an excuse why he failed us as customers.
They wouldn't move us to another part of the restaurant, or open any of the doors around us. (The air worked fine everywhere else). Ramon came up with an excuse for everything.
This was my graduation dinner. I earned my Masters in Management. I was with the people I love most at this dinner and I was deeply embarrassed. We could have easily stayed longer, ordered more drinks and dessert. Instead, as soon as we finished eating, we left. We were cranky from being overheated too... This dinner which should have been filled with joy and excitement was ruined due to Ramon's poor management.
The food was good.
The service was ok.
The management was embarrassing.
Thanks for ruining my graduation dinner Ramon.
