I work with each client and their goals to create a massage that best meets their needs. I am a massage therapist in Coon Rapids, MN and I currently offer massage at North Suburban Healthcare and The Circle of Healing Arts Coop. I am a goal orientated therapist and I enjoy the challenge of tracking down the root causes of pain while easing my clients symptoms. I draw on 25 years of experience and training to help my clients achieve their therapeutic goals. The human body never ceases to amaze me. The body's capacity to endure through injury, misuse and neglect and to almost miraculously regenerate with even the smallest amount of care and nurturing make me feel honored to be a part of each of my client's journey to wellness. I started my massage training at the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork in 1990 and throughout the years I have taken several classes which include: Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Muscle Testing, Energetic Kinesiology, Lymphatic Massage, Anma (Japanese massage), Asian Foot Reflexology, Asian Facials, Tui Na (Chinese Massage), Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), Medical Chi Kung, Qi Qong (energy work), Reiki and Shamanic Healing. Although I value the training that I have receivved, I have found that my greatest teachers have been my clients.
