Premier Pet Salon

I've never had a problem with or a complaint about Premier Pet Salon. My last dog (a poodle) absolutely loved them - - and he was not an easy groom, we know! My new dog ( a cockapoo) loves them just the same. They've never misquoted and have never had any kind of bad attitude with us. I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment for my new pets and asked about pricing. Owner gave me prices and all was set. Took them in to be fixed up and showed them the dogs. All was fine. Picked them up and was given a price that was well over $100 more than what I was told. The owner said she could charge whatever she wanted. You have to pay or you don't get your pets!!! While the cut was good, the price was crazy high!!! I don't trust this company and will not be using them again. I passed several shops on the way there to support a Westwood company. I'm very disappointed. Will be using one of the shops that I passed next time.
