Huntington City Police Department

This is the most unreliable poilice department I have ever experienced in my life. I have neighbors that party all hours of the night. The police have been called several times by several people. Every time police arrived, they were easily seduced and seen taking pictures with the girls in their uniform. It is disgusting. They did not handle the problem at all either. I called the department tonight three times and nobody answered. I was also driving and saw an undercover cop car. He flew through red lights and changed lanes without any signals. Why should they be alowed to pull people over for breaking laws when they are worse right in front of you. I do not feel safe in Huntington.
