THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! FAIR PRICING & GREAT SERVICE!
NOT THE FASTEST BUT VERY THOROUGH.THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF TIRES. AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES ARE THAT MOST CARS WOULD EVER NEED. MY CAR STOPS BETTER NOW THAN IT DID WHEN A GOT IT.

The receptionist are very good, they make you feel taken cared of but the actual thing is they don't know about the work they are doing and for small thing they need to ask only one person whose name was RYAN( with attitude problem guy). They charged me 30% more compared to other stores and you won't be informed about your car after it is repaired. If you really wanna waste your money and time then this is the place to go. I want to give BIG 0 star but I felt pity on them so giving one.

Very slow service. After getting my car fixed I realized they charge higher prices when I compared them to other shops . Also there is someone named Ryan who works there that is very impatient and seems like he does not want to help fix your car. Gives off a very bad atmosphere, I would recommend going elsewhere

Huge mark up on parts, terrible deal for service. No resolution when notified them of concern over 50% mark up on parts plus 75 for an hour labor. Also have had to take our other vehicle back multiple times after one repair that they messed up

I've received great service every time I've gone there. Darla who works the front is the sweetest woman and does a great job explaining things. They have very good pricing and try and cut as many deals as possible. I highly recommend them!

Tic Toc does a great job! I've had new tires on both of our vehicles. I've has oil changes, car repairs, & a host of other smaller services done there & ice always been happy with my results.

"Be here at 8am we'll get you right in". "It should only be a few hours"... its now 4:30pm and Iam still waiting...

Victim of the good ole boy network one of their Big Green regulars blows in and your car get booted to the back of the line.

Only way to get them to service your car is sit and wait.. and wait and wait...

needless to say that's my last time to use tic toc tire.. I'll go to Wootens down the street.

I took my vehicle there twice. Once for new tires and then another time for an oil change. I made an appointment for both. When I arrived to have the tires installed, I was given an estimate of about 3 hours. I left and ran some errands and returned about 4 hours later. My car was still sitting outside where I had parked it. I then went inside and sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes and no one approached me. The clerks behind the desk saw me come in and smile but said nothing. Finally, I got up and asked them if my car was done and they told me no. They had not even started on it. I asked why and they said that they had other people ahead of me. They also asked me to bring my car back the next day. I was frustrated. Why make an appointment. So I brought it back because I had already paid for my tires.

The second time I needed my oil changed and my tires rotated. I figured everyone has their off days and went back. The same thing happened with the waiting except they did finally get to my car the same day. Also, after I left, I went to check the tire pressure and they had stripped my valve caps. I have several friends who also have taken their vehicles there and have had less than satisfactory experiences. Complete waste of time for poor quality service.
