I would just like to say, this Kfc has come along way. It is always a team environment, they are passionate about their customers! The colonel would be proud.
I think this store has a lot to learn about customer service. I have worked customer service for over twenty years and Food Depot store # 29 Is by far one of the worst.I call store # 29 with a dispute on a purchase that was made 28 Nov. 2008. I was just blown away by the unprofessioalism of the so called MANAGER on duty.This gentalman has not been trained on customer service or he just dose not CARE.I was more upset with the reply I recieved from the manager than the $200.00 plus transaction that took place with out my cocent.I do not think I will ever shop this store and maybe I will just let all my friends no about my experiance at Food Depot Store # 29.
