Office staff, not customer service friendly at all. Suzie hung up on me. Wouldn't recommend purely on that.

Dr. Feldhaus is a phenomenal pediatric dentist. My children and several nieces and nephews came through Dr. Feldhaus' office from childhood through their young adult years. Their experiences were pleasant, and reassuring as a result of the doctor's comforting manner. I would however advise that doctor stay in tune with the front desk staff, gruffness and abruptness as first impressions are not characteristics of his, not do they secure or retain patronage.
