        I needed to replace a Baldwin studio grand that I had since 1954. it had been dropped by movers. I had insurance with the settlement check started shopping around the Henderson/Vegas area. I tried, several times, to discuss the purchase of a piano with the sales floor staff at both locations, but they treated me as if I didn't have a brain in my head. They preferred to argue with me than listen and help me. They were also more concerned with customers who entered their stores after I had arrived. I found the staff in both stores to be quite snotty. That's the best word to describe them. They presented an attitude that they were much better than me and they were hell bent on proving it. I ended up driving to Orange County and shopping for a reconditioned Baldwin the same model, size, but a few years newer than the one I had lost. I would never consider entering either of their stores again unless I had a serious need to be treated poorly. Their loss.

        The rudest people I have ever spoke with!

        They didn't like the service I was asking about and instead of just telling me they didn't want the job they began to belittle me and call me names. I would take them off of your website if I were you!
