Fantasy Gifts

I have been shopping at this place for at least 14 years now and have never had a problem before, until now. I recently purchased a product that when I went to open it .... it was ALREADY USED! They deny that it is possible but did admit to me that they often open toys and things to let customers handle them and then PUT THEM BACK ON THE SHELF FOR SALE! That is gross and not sanitary. I called the store that I bought the product from and the guy I spoke with said that I have to wash the toy anyway so it would be okay. There are signs of it being used. I contacted the company and they did nothing for me. So apparently they would rather lose money that I would spend there in a whole year rather then satasfy me this one time and get me a product not used or handled. With all the sickness going around these days I dont see how this can be legal to handle products like this and put them back on the shelf. This company makes it seem as though they really care about the customers but prove otherwise. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! I know of other stores that DO NOT ALLOW products to be open at all and put back on the shelf. I suggest if you are reading this to AVOID these stores.
