Haven Salon

Response to BT3007... At Haven Salon we take pride in our level of customer service. As the salon owner I make every effort to ensure that every guest is treated with dignity and respect. In 25 years of working in the salon industry I have never once had to ask a customer to NOT return! The truth is that this customer returned repeatedly.. over and over again after every hair cut to have her hair re-done (at no charge). We were more than accommodating and apologized on every occasion. After multiple attempts at making her happy she still insisted on having more free services. I personally called her to apologize and to gently suggest that maybe we were unable to meet her expectations. That perhaps another salon might better meet her needs. I tried to offer a refund but she would not even let me speak! Unfortunately after many attempts we were still not able to please this customer and I felt the best solution was to kindly recommend another salon.
