Mask Hair Designs & Day Spa

I went there from hearing people talk of it and the service. Upon walking in, I saw a "very" cluttered waiting space with little room to move or sit. The person meeting me was 20 minutes late for my appt and I was not informed. Then once ready did not apologize just continued to talk about her friends & hers extensions. I had went in for one service looking for volume; however she was not looking to do that. I was encouraged for another that would look better and I went along thinking it may look good, what the heck, Color/ Cut(as she had been doing this for YEARS). Hearing her entire life story... Peyton place... if you like gossip, this is the place for you. Once complete... Definately not happy and told her so, she said she could fix, but you could tell from her face she did not want to and I was just sick of sitting there... What a saga! When I came out of the side/hair area... all the stylist where in the waiting area to the point you could not even look at the product. But I did purchase some product and a tool. Was not sure about the tool, but thought if I changed my mind I could take it back. NOT...only for store credit.. why would I come back?? Don't buy here! The Owner/Mgr. was not Customer friendly AT ALL! I definatley would NOT recommend this place to an anyone!!! FOR THE COST (which if I am happy with my hair do not have a problem with, but the cost of this service was NOT worth it).
