Yellow Cab of Winona Inc

Thank You for prompt service. weather was bad Economy said they would be at my place in 20 min almost 2 hours later after 3 calls back to them nothing. called Yellow cab I was finally at work 15min later. Economy just flat out dint show up.

This is the worst service I've received. You call them and they don't take your name and tell you they'll be there in 15 min (which is not even accurate from what one of their drivers stated). I called to complain about the terrible service and suggested possibly taking names or being more accurate with times and the woman who took my call hung up on me. I called back and she told me there is nothing she can do so don't call her again. Worst service. Will never call here for a ride again.
