Kennedy's Heating & Air

Fast, knowledgeable and very professional!! I called early one morning this summer, because my A/C was not coming on. I was told it might be a little later in the afternoon or evening before they could come with the volume of calls they had, which is understandable, because it's summertime and everyone wants their air working! To my surprise, they called me mid afternoon and let me know that the technician was on his way. I can't remember the guys name, but he was very polite and explained my problem perfectly to me. He replaced the part on the spot and had be cooling in no time. Would definitely recommend them!!

I recently had my home system installed by Kennedy's. I was so impressed with the time Mr. Kennedy spent with us giving us several options. Energy savings and price were important and we were given four or five options. He met with us at our home and did not rush through the information. After they installed the unit he came out and tutored us on the new programmable thermostat. The unit works so well and we are already seeing a difference in our power bills.

Best heating & air conditioning company in and around Statesboro!!! I have been using Kennedy's Heating & Air, Inc for 20 years and I have NEVER had a problem with them. Their communication has never been a problem, even on the weekends. As for their service techs, they have never hired, to my knowledge, a service technician that wasn't educated in what he was doing. If I ever had an ongoing problem, they ALWAYS made sure it was taken care of as soon as they were able to do so. I highly recommend them and will tell anyone that!!!

Stay away! Their service technicians are the most ill-educated corner-cutting technicians I have ever seen. One technician has even told me that the reason a 4 hour job took 40 minutes was because they didn't bother draining the freon out of the line or desweating the unit. Note: The unit later quit working AGAIN less than three hours after the service call. He came back, flipped the breaker and declared it fixed. Imagine our surprise when it broke down again the next morning. They also can't handle criticism, don't show up when they're supposed to, and have to be called back repeatedly because they didn't fix the problem correctly the first time. They don't communicate well either.
