Every time they come out to my house to fix my industrial air conditioner they always fix it good it hasn't messed up one time since they have came to my house.

I hired this company to fix two heat pumps over the years. Both times it was a mistake. Both units under warranty, so parts were covered. New compressors, coils, dryers etc. But R22 costs and labor cost over $1200.00 for both systems. Both systems still leaked after repairs. First new compressor died less than two years later. The next one just died too. My repair guy showed me where the leaks were coming from ... The joints sweated in by the Ross & Williamson tech. What is worse than all that? The system I just replaced had a custom transition from round to square duct. Apparently the tech from this company thought it was okay to cut it in half and rig it back up in a terrible way instead of doing it right. Horrible service work. Unreliable. Cost me lots of extra time and money. I gave pics to show there handy work too ... don't hire them.
